Idaho and Exercising.

Image
I took this photo on the way home from Idaho this last time with just my phone. I really love Idaho. There’s just something magical about where my grandma’s each lived. I don’t really enjoy car rides but this one doesn’t seem to bother me. I love the mountains and the beautiful fields and animals. I love how open it is and how they have plenty of potatoes... all types of potatoes are my favorite so it makes sense that I like the state Idaho. I also love sunsets. Today I really didn’t have plans so I worked on a video by destroying the cookie house and I also ran a mile to keep up with my motivation of exercising. My body is even more sore and I am incredibly tired. I can’t wait for this weekend! I love Utah but I can not wait to travel and run away from it. I am going to miss somethings but I’ll be back.

Boxing class with Aimee.

Aimee and I went to a free boxing class today. I am exhausted but it was so much fun. I’m pretty proud of myself because I drove myself to the train station and went to a workout class (that part wasn’t so bad when you have a friend) and then drove myself back home from the station. I love working out and my abs feel so good but tired. We’ve been wanting to do this since last year and I can’t believe we did it a few days before I move! This is perfect timing to workout for two reasons. One, because it’s the new year so new goals and two, this last year I learned that if I work out every other day or everyday my period is less heavy and painful. This has been something I’ve had to deal with since senior year of high school. It makes sense because that was the first year I stopped working out (no more gym.) I pretty much never gain weight so I thought I never had to work out but last semester when I discovered working out was fun and helped with my stress of school and work I kept at i...

How was your day?

Image
Mine was pretty great.  This morning I got up early to get ready for breakfast with some of my old high school friends. We ended up talking for about 3 hours and just enjoyed our time catching up with each other. We talked about living in Utah and how it’s a good place to settle. I mentioned that I want to travel. My friend said that I’ll probably end up living in Europe. I immediately responded with “ya I plan on living in England.” It was a simple thing to say but I’ve been planning on moving there since I went to England the first time with my older sister. I don’t know what I’ll be doing in my life when I do move across the world but I can’t wait. Here are some photos from this last summer throughout Europe. My heart aches to go back.
